The short version
Lite has no account, no analytics, and no servers. Your fasts live on your iPhone and, if you use iCloud, in your private iCloud. We can't see them, so we can't share or sell them.
What Lite stores
Only what it needs to run your timer: when each fast started and ended, your fasting goal, and your schedule. That's it. No weight, meals, health data, location, or contacts. All of it is stored on your device.
iCloud sync
If you're signed in to iCloud, Lite keeps your fasts in sync across your devices using your private iCloud database. Apple stores and encrypts that data under Apple's privacy policy. We have no access to it. Turn off iCloud sync in Lite, under Settings, Manage data, and your fasts stay on this iPhone only.
What Lite never does
Lite doesn't use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools, and it doesn't include third party SDKs that collect data. It doesn't make network requests of its own. There's nothing to opt out of, because nothing is collected.
Notifications and Live Activities
Reminders, the Live Activity, and widgets are all created on your iPhone. They aren't sent from a server. You can turn them off at any time in Settings.
Deleting your data
Delete any fast from its edit screen. To remove everything, open Settings, Manage data, Delete all data in Lite. With iCloud sync on, that clears your iCloud copy too. With sync off, it clears this iPhone only, so turn sync on first to clear both.
This website
This site doesn't use cookies, analytics, or tracking. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, like IP addresses, for security, and deletes them on a regular schedule.
